No. Owners rarely rent their units. Association rules specify a three-month minimum term.
It is a secure building, and the deck is private. Just inside the main door, however, is a public display of historic school photos. The public lobby has an intercom for visitors to call residents and be admitted through the security door.
No. The condominium association is self-managed by an elected, unpaid board. Services like snow removal and lawn care are handled by contractors. Committed, generous owners volunteer to help with gardening, minor maintenance and oversight of contracted work.
